G lost her first tooth yesterday and was rather nervous about it, she had been hiding and trying to ignore the wiggling hoping it would just stop. When she accidentally hit her mouth and it started bleeding though I thought she was going to pass out because she was kinda of wild eyed and hyperventilating because she knew what was coming. B went to touch the tooth and it just kind of popped out and after that she calmed down and was kind of excited about it.

Coming down to see the tooth fairy had indeed left money was the biggest turning point for her though and now she can't wait to lose more and F is contemplating pulling one of her own out because she is tired of waiting for hers to get loose enough on their own Lol:)

Today is field day at the girls school and I am helping out, well right now I'm on a break before it's B's turn. I had both the little one's together in F's class and it worked out great especially when they beat G's class in tug of war, she was very happy to be on the winning team:)

There were lots of fun activities to do but I think mine and the little one's favorite was the Popsicle station which they went to right after tug of war so it helped cool their poor little burning fingers:)
My new favorite addiction Freschetta Simply Inspired pizza's

I had to take the van in to get my timing belt changed out since it's getting close to 100,000 miles and I don't need it breaking on my trip to Georgia this summer. This little Versa is what they gave me to drive home, lets just say it is great on gas but defiantly not a car for me. For one thing I felt very unsafe in something so small and it sat way to low to the ground. When I can finally get rid of my mommmy mobile I am getting a huge, loud muscle car preferably an old GTO then I can go fast and be in something solid like a tank:)

Our friends across the street have sold their house and are moving, not too far just 7 min's away, and we are all sad about this. The girls are sad because the three kids are our kids best friends and I'm sad because I won't be able to be there for the kids when they need me(this family has gone through many tough situations in the last 7 years and I've always been able to watch out for them) and also because I'm not a big fan of change. Three more of our 7 neighbors will be moving at the end of this year as well and we will be the last of the original home owners crew. I just hope one of the new families will have awesome kids for mine to play with and that we don't end up with any horrid neighbors.

It looks like are time is coming to an end on our little street and the whole house selling/ buying business scares the bejesus out of me.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day spent with my family and MIL at the lake for a picnic and then later my girls made me a wonderful quesadilla dinner, it felt great to have someone wait on me for a change:)

My nemesis the chipmunk is back again this year and has already wrecked havoc on my tomato plants, I put them in 3 days ago, and completely ate my cantaloupe plants.

This is what I have left

This is what I should have

It looks like chipmunk traps in the not too distant future
We had a nice block party tonight and finally got to burn some of our pile of wood the street Dept. still hasn't come to get.

Copper has a dog friend he plays with next door, they love racing back and forth on ether side of the fence together and he is always pushing his toys under the fence to share with his friend. Well our neighbor came over today with a new toy for Copper because apparently his dog had too much fun with one of Copper's toys and broke it so he felt bad.

It was love at first bite, he plays with this thing non stop and so far it seems indestructable
This week is teacher appreciation week at school so there was lots of fun stuff and treats for the teachers this week but since my girls and I love their teachers so much we had to give them each something special. Each of them got baskets full of lotion, chocolate, pens and a flower(from my garden of course)but the two little ones really adore their teachers so I found these cute little critter books( I love little critter books)for them to give as well.

I'm so grateful for the teachers my kids got this year they really matched up well personality wise especially F's her teacher loves to sing and so does she so they both just start singing together throughout the day and the rest of the class gets a kick out of it. It's going to be sad saying goodbye to these ladies at the end of this year and I can only hope our next teachers are as wonderful and caring as the ones we are leaving behind.

Did some shopping at Walgreens today and was pretty happy with my savings especially since it's all stuff I needed anyhow. I spent $22 and got $68 worth of products (forgot to include the 2 12packs of cottonelle toilet paper in the picture)

I wasn't paying anymore money out for tree removal/ stump grinding so instead have set out to camouflage the stump and besides I always love being able to add more plants to my yard:)
